OUR HISTORY AND BACKGROUND
SARA INDUSTRY began its journey over twenty-five years ago as a boiler erection and repair service provider. Through consistent performance and a dedication to technical excellence, the company steadily expanded its capabilities to become a manufacturer of pressure parts and subsequently a complete boiler manufacturer, delivering turnkey energy solutions to industries across India and overseas.
The experience gained from years of erection and repair work provided valuable insights into boiler performance, durability, and design optimization. These learnings formed the foundation of our engineering approach, enabling us to design and modularize boilers with improved efficiency, reliability, and maintainability.
Over the years, SARA INDUSTRY has remained committed to a quality-conscious and customer-centric philosophy. - Indian Boiler Regulations (IBR) – Certified for Design, Manufacture and Supply of Boilers upto 150 TPH capacity and Manufacture of Pressure Parts for Boilers of any capacity including Ultra Supercritical 800Mwe Boilers.
- ASME “S” Stamping – For Design Manufacture and Assembly of Power and Process Boiler/Boiler components
- ASME “U” Stamping – For Design Manufacture and Assembly of Pressure Vessels and Heat Exchangers
- ISO 9001 Certification by TUV Nord – For Design, Manufacture and Assembly of Boilers, Pressure vessels, heat exchangers, Industrial piping and piping skids
In addition to these certifications, SARA INDUSTRY maintains strong relationships with reputed third-party inspection agencies such as Lloyd’s, Bureau Veritas, TUV, and HSB, ensuring independent verification and compliance across projects. We have successfully executed projects adhering to DOSH regulations for Malaysia, SONCAP for Nigeria, and PED requirements for Europe, demonstrating our capability to meet international standards and regulatory requirements with confidence.
